Website enquiries and analytics.
Eclipse Intelligence, the company behind Zeus, is responsible for the information you submit through this website. Use the contact form if you have a question about this notice.
What we collect and why
For private-launch access, we collect your email address so we can respond and tell you when Zeus access becomes available. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
For team or enterprise licensing enquiries, we collect your name, work email, company, expected seat range and any deployment details you choose to provide. We use these details to answer your request for pricing or deployment information and to take steps you request before a possible purchase.
For other contact requests, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, optional company name and message so we can answer you.
We do not add these details to a general marketing list or sell them.
Site analytics
Google Analytics records page visits, approximate location, device and browser information, and may set the first-party _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. These cookies expire after up to two years unless you delete them sooner.
Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept in the cookie notice. If you select Decline, analytics remains off and your choice is stored in your browser. We do not deliberately send names, email addresses or form contents to Google Analytics.
How it is handled
The website uses Cloudflare to process the form and send the submitted details to the Zeus inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse before a message is delivered. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK under the safeguards described in its Data Processing Addendum.
Google processes this analytics information. Read the Google Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing. We do not disclose submitted form details to other recipients unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep an access, contact or licensing request only while it is needed to respond and manage launch or purchasing decisions, for no longer than 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Google Analytics user-level event retention is controlled by the property’s retention setting; standard aggregated reports may remain after that period.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent through the contact form. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
